French-Arabic daara
A daara where children memorise the Quran and follow the national curriculum, in an attentive setting. Families follow their progress throughout the year.
Our daara
Our daara welcomes children to memorise the Quran and to follow the national curriculum. Each pupil progresses at their own pace, supported by their oustaz and teachers, in touch with their family.
The Quran
Gradual memorisation, hizb after hizb, with recitation and the rules of tajwid.
Knowledge
The subjects of the national curriculum, taught in class.
Values
Respect, discipline and mutual help, every day.
A dual curriculum
Our commitments
Lessons, recitations and marks are recorded throughout the year.
Parents follow lessons, attendance and report cards from their own area.
The daara talks with families about each child’s progress and needs.
The daara’s rules are shared with families at enrolment.
The daara’s platform
The daara uses Alluwa, a platform offered free of charge to daaras. Quran, school, attendance, health and exchanges with families come together around the child, in French, English and Arabic.
